Lawn care and junk removal leads: Angi and Thumbtack vs code violation alerts

A bought lead is a person who asked for a quote, and several companies get it. A code violation alert is a property the city just logged for tall grass, trash, junk or a junk vehicle: the owner has a deadline, and you can be the first to reach them. Here is how they compare, then do the math with your own numbers.

Questions

Is this a replacement for bought leads?

It is a different kind of lead. A bought lead is a person who asked for a quote, usually sent to several companies. Our record is a property the city logged for tall grass, trash, junk or a junk vehicle: nobody asked you yet, but the owner has a deadline to clean it up, and you can reach them first. You can use both.

Are your leads shared?

On Daily and Featured, every subscriber in the same city gets the same list. On Exclusive, you are the only company in the city that gets it.

What does a lead cost?

There is no per-lead fee. Daily Alerts is $49 a month per city, for every yard, trash, junk and vehicle case in that city.
