Questions

Is the weekly summary really free?

Yes. No card and no trial. It is one email every Monday for the city you pick, and one click stops it.

What is in it?

For your city: how many yard, trash, junk and vehicle cases the city logged that week, what kind, the busiest ZIP codes, the last 30 days and how current the records are. It never gives an address or an owner.

How is it different from the paid alerts?

Paid alerts give the street address of every case, the city's own wording and the owner where the city publishes it, every morning at 7 AM, from $49 a month per city. The summary is counts only, so you can see the demand in your city first.
